Mm-mm, chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
milk (0ptional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour in three parts, beating after each addition. Stir in chocolate morsels.
Drop batter in tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, ensuring space for cookies to spread out as they bake. Bake for 11 minutes. Let cool for several minutes before removing to rack.
